1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bookify AI's Google Sheets backup tool ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service connects a Google account, with the account owner's authorization, to back up Google Sheets used in Bookify AI's book formatting and distribution-area update workflows. It downloads read-only copies of spreadsheet content as .xlsx files.

3. Authorized Use

The Service is intended for use by individuals authorized by Bookify AI. You may only connect a Google account you are authorized to access, and only for the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. Account & Access

Administrative access to the Service is protected by credentials issued to authorized personnel. You are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under them.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that backed-up data will be complete or accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookify AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
